Dr. Shaab was a graduate of the VCU class of 2004.  She started working in Rehabilitation for Rehab Systems and Sheltering Arms Rehabilitation Hospitals and is currently a senior physical therapist at Johnston-Willis Hospital.  She has served as faculty and Director of Clinical Education at the ECPI Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
